What a great experience! This week, my colleague Carmen Locher and I represented Vitesco Technologies at the FEAA UVT IHRM School 2020. The international educational program provides a unique space for learning and networking for students from Romania and their peers from around the world. Multiple teams were tasked with a challenge to find a solution on a specific topic in the HRM area. We challenged our team with the following question: How to ensure employees employability in 2030 with a sustainable future-oriented Competency Management approach? It's refreshing to have a change of perspective! We are thankful for receiving a variety of ideas from a team with diverse backgrounds. We can certainly utilize their findings to improve internally.
I had the luck and the privilege of being taught by dedicated and gifted teachers. However I also witnessed the effect of compromised learning when the educators do not assume their role and their impact in the society. #Educational leaders are the cornerstone on which learning communities function and grow. With successful school leadership, schools, universities, societes become effective incubators of learning, places where students are not only educated but challenged, nurtured and encouraged. 🙏Thank you, Denisa Abrudan for being such a committed educational leader and for welcoming me in your bold projects.
