’’The IHRM school is a very well defined and organized program, a natural response to the need of bringing education closer to the challenges that are being faced in the more and more complex and diversified work environment. It is encouraging to see that universities and the companies are pairing to foster a better environment and enhanced learning experiences having in their minds and hearts the colleagues who are and will be the next HR experts.
As for the previous editions, I am glad that I was able to be part of the program, this year, and I was pleasantly surprised to meet once more: students with so much potential, with such dedication towards learning and interest to develop, explore and be more. Virtual environment was as it was supposed to be: the tool for us to be together and not a blocking point and the diversity that we are all striving for, showed how powerful a team like this can be in driving results with a tons of creativity.
I am grateful that I was able to share from my experience and I trust that the overall concept offered the students a more detailed picture of what practice looks like and how they can step in to make a difference as they got what it takes’’
