’’ Truly magical. The virtual setup felt like real life experience and our ATOS team has made a new family for sure! Although it has been hectic in terms of time zones differences the overall experience has been truly magical! The TM IHRM School - bringing people from different generations for one goal was a huge success. The virtual program did not truly feel like virtual. It felt like we were physically present interacting and having so much fun sharing creative ideas and working even outside the conference time. The hobby zones were a hit too- especial after a long day we chose where we could relax and rejuvenate ourselves for the next day! The conferences truly prove diversity leads to better productivity and higher success with both emotional and mental health greatly improved because by combining different cultures the work environment becomes one of not only work oriented but fun too! This is proved by the team's work. I personally felt our team Atos was a great success and has become one new family with true friends.
